Oh, the dining in Florence was a dream! We discovered La Sosta de' Golosi, just a stone's throw away, and their fresh pasta had us swooning. Plus, the room was cleaned daily and had a charming decor that felt like a slice of Italy. And don't even get me started on the amazing staff who welcomed us like family!

Window shutters poorly secured, banging noises at night!!! Refrigerator in room nonfunctional and left unrepaired all stay!!! Guests should not prop doors open, a safety hazard!!! Communal area noise can be disruptive!!!

Comfortable and spacious room

Staying in the separate building was fantastic! Our room had a lovely view and soundproof windows kept the evening live music just the right amount of cozy. I adored the check-in process where they personally showed us everything.

However, be prepared to waddle over to breakfast like a penguin! An elevator that fits one person and a bag can feel like a game of Tetris.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence, just steps away from the Cathedral. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff provided helpful information about the area. However, the elevator's functionality was unreliable during peak times. Also, we had to walk about 5-6 minutes to the sister hotel for breakfast, which was a bit inconvenient.
